MHA Coaching Licence – Season 2026/2027
The Malta Handball Association has introduced a coaching licence structure in line with the Rinck Convention and the European Handball Federation coaching framework.
From season 2026/2027, the appropriate coaching licence class is mandatory for a coach to be listed as the licensed coach on the bench during MHA competitions.
Minimum Licence by Competition
The minimum licence category required to coach in each competition level.

Continuous Professional Development
Technical training requirements connected with the 2026/2027 coaching licence process.

Required for Licence Categories A and B.
10 hours
Required for Licence Categories C, D and E.
