The Malta Handball Association announced the launch of an Expression of Interest (EOI) for coaches wishing to enrol in a Level 2 Coaching Course, scheduled to commence in January 2026.
This comprehensive programme will include modules delivered by European Handball Federation (EHF) experts, the Association’s Technical Director, and experienced local instructors. Falling under the Association’s initiatives within the EHF Masterplan, the course aims to further develop the technical, tactical, and managerial competencies required to coach at an advanced level.
Speaking about this initiative, Malta Handball Association President Daniel Tabone said:
“The Association continues to work hard to develop more qualified coaches, as this is essential to improving the quality of the handball community in Malta. Investing in coaching education strengthens the foundations of our sport and supports long-term growth across all levels.”
